Change of Mind Returns

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

Items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • Returned with all included accessories and packaging

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Custom and Made-to-Order Products

Products manufactured, modified, programmed or customised specifically for a customer may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns where permitted by applicable law.

Faulty Items

If a product arrives faulty or develops a fault within a reasonable period after purchase, please contact us with details of the issue.

Where a fault is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate repair, replacement or refund in accordance with UK consumer law.

Damaged Deliveries

Any shipping damage should be reported within 7 days of delivery and include photographs where possible.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to appear depending on your payment provider.
