Our Commitment
At Engage Cosplay, we take pride in producing reliable cosplay electronics and accessories. If you experience an issue with your product, we will do our best to assist with troubleshooting, repair, replacement, or other appropriate support.
Warranty Coverage
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use.
Examples of issues that may be covered include:
- Electronic component failure
- Manufacturing defects
- Faults present upon delivery
- Firmware-related issues supplied by Engage Cosplay
If a fault is confirmed, we may, at our discretion:
- Repair the product
- Replace the product
- Replace defective components
- Provide a refund where appropriate
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:

- Physical abuse or misuse
- Incorrect installation
- Damage caused by modifications or repairs carried out by anyone other than Engage Cosplay

- Third-party accessories, props, armour, helmets, or components
Installation Responsibility
Many Engage Cosplay products are designed to be installed into third-party costumes, armour, helmets, gauntlets, props, or accessories.
Customers are responsible for:
- Ensuring compatibility with their chosen costume or prop
- Correct installation
- Safe operation of the product
We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused during installation or removal.
Firmware & Software Support
Where applicable, firmware updates may be released to improve functionality, reliability, or compatibility.
Firmware updates are provided where available but are not guaranteed for the lifetime of a product.
Products modified with unofficial firmware may no longer be eligible for support.
Technical Support
We provide reasonable technical support for genuine Engage Cosplay products.

Character Packs & User Content
Customers are responsible for any audio files, character packs, or other content uploaded to their devices.
Engage Cosplay cannot guarantee compatibility with user-created content and cannot provide support for issues caused by incorrectly created or modified files.
Shipping for Warranty Claims
Where a warranty return is required, customers should contact us before sending any items.
We may request:
- Photographs
- Videos
- Diagnostic information
- Order details
In many cases issues can be resolved without returning the product.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Engage Cosplay shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
Our liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
